super stay
comfy beds great facilities lovely staff
the staff prepared everything for us, it was lovely. i loved the hotel's art and comfy beds! the facilities were great, especially with the view from my room. it made my celebration even more fun!
the air conditioning seemed to turn off at certain times. i constantly had to adjust the thermostat, quite annoying, though!

My art room beautiful king was wonderfully designed and spacious. the bed linens felt very soft, and there were plenty of high-quality towels in the bathroom. It was very clean and well maintained, a true relaxation haven.

some issues
housekeeping issues non-functional chromecast
the location was good for getting around, very convenient to the tube.
I had some issues with housekeeping. some days they didn't service the room at all. I had to ask at the front desk if they weren't working sundays!

locked minibar bathroom hairs
i must say a few things bothered me. despite my repeated requests, the minibar remained locked so i couldn't use it at all. it was quite warm in the room and the air conditioning defaulted to 22 degrees, i had to adjust it every time i returned to my room. it got tedious pretty quickly. also i noticed stray hairs in the bathroom in the tub and under the sink. it gave me the impression the cleaning was not thorough
